Adjust codebase accordingly to design document #76

Small changes within codebase to follow agreed design. Added missing connection between Visit and Room. Switched some names to follow agreed naming convention. Introduced Adress struct and created accordingly methods for Patient. Removed functions without implementation, which implementation is blocked for now.
