Add app colours #8

Basic Information

From the figma design, decide on a set of colours to use throughout the app. These can be edited in https://github.com/codersforcauses/coexist/blob/main/client/src/styles/globals.css You don't need to edit all of them, focus on the colourful bits :)

Other Information

Since the frontend uses shadui, you can use the https://ui.shadcn.com/themes for inspiration I also recommend https://www.realtimecolors.com/ to preview the colours

The colours I used. they all pass contrast check except their official colour (lol)
