Filter repairs from repairer request list #235

Basic Information

Add to /api/event/[id]/repair-request to filter by status
- This will take an array of RepairStatuses
On the page, only show repair requests that are PENDING and ACCEPTED
- The request body might look like { status: ["PENDING", "ACCEPTED"] }

Other Information

Stretch goal, add the ability to filter and toggle the visibility of these on the frontend
