Document Multinode Deployments #115

For the Deployments chapter in the User Guide, create a new subchapter for Multinode Deployments. This subchapter should cover:

Additionally, the header page should include notes on getting load balancers to work with deployments of this kind as well as configuration options in getting Galera to work with non-standard ports and setting up the firewall for special cases.
