Document Configuration Managers #136

Addition to Deployments section of User Guide, add documentation for configuration managers and their use in rapidly deploying multiple Galera nodes. This should form a section, such as Load Balancers and Container Deployments. It should include Salt and Chef at least, and any others receiving wide-spread use. Tie in references should be made to Docker/Jails and multi-node deployments.
