FR: setup 2 Galera Cluster nodes and 1 garbd node #13

There is no option to have a 2-node galera cluster with 1 garbd node. Garbd is completely missing from the process, and sometimes people want to run a 2-node cluster with powerful hardware, and one garbd node with a small instance.

At least I have manually installed such a cluster and it works. But you are right the garbd node can't add to the Galera Manager GUI because it always tries to connect to a mysql server on the node where only grabd runs. So the arbitrator node is completely hidden for the Galera Manager.
