monitoring nodes: option to stop/start node is there, yet it won't work

deploy a Galera Manager instance to monitor 3 existing nodes.

node pulldown will show: start stop show deployment logs ssh terminal delete node force delete node

ssh terminal as you know works. as does delete/force delete. as does showing deployment logs.

but the ability to start/stop server fails

so if its not meant to work, it should be disabled from the GUI, as it is bad UX
