[ ] Choose if you are going to use express.js or not with nodejs
[ ] Setup nodejs installation with npm package file
[ ] setup a socket.io installation
[ ] speak to django and frontend team to agree endpoints for the following:

CRUD (Create, Read, Update,Delete) - Groups
CRUD Messages
CRUD Channels
