this field is useful for users with slower machines; this is commented with an explanation
PGUSER: sagerx
for those encountering a postgres user error during airflow-init. Turns out postgres doesn't always correctly interpolate POSTGRES-USER to PGUSER, so I added this field to get around the "user root does not exist" error during airflow-init
