User made changes here improve the following:

• improve logging for zip errors for dailymed rx full DAG
• nadac dag focuses on collecting only nadac links
• changed the nadac DAG to run on thursdays only. If want to pull all historical data then can loop through the collected NADAC links to pull all data

I def don't think we want to do the NADAC changes since one of the ways we add value is in automating the pull of all historic data. But @lprzychodzien - plz look at the DailyMed zip error logging and see if this would help with the DailyMed DAG work.
