CODES currently has only a subset of traffic patterns used with torus/dragonfly runs from papers. The complete set of synthetic patterns is in the ROSS repo, which needs to be ported.

Jonathan Jenkins:

For now, we have decided to leave the synthetic traffic patterns in ROSS and carry out the experiments from there. Having them in CODES would involve doing some hacks with the model-net hierarchy [we will do that if we find later that they have some usage w.r.t CODES].
