README for how to run dragonfly model with synthetic workloads and traces is outdated.

Jonathan Jenkins:

Network model documentation has been updated for both torus and dragonfly ( src/models/networks/doc/README.torus.txt and README.dragonfly.txt). Torus network model README file has been added (previously we only had dragonfly README). Examples on how to run the models with DUMPI traces have been added.Text about recent network model updates has been added.
