Duplicate UDFs don't crash OH, but OH doesn't warn about that.
Only the formula editor does prevent UDFs, 
but it is still possible to create invalid formulae by manually 
editing / merging formulae.

* problem appears only, if user merges multiple formulas cautiously with an 
external
editor, so it's of really minor importance
* somehow I am too stupid too fix it.

Won't fix for the near future.
