feat: fetch repositories for sidebar

Core feature:

• show all repos under All repositories
• repos are ordered by name alphabetically
• the expanded state is persisted in local storage

Other fixes:

• switching from one repo to another triggers the data fetching
• repos shown alphabetically in list
