feat: improve recent page #8426

Scenario 1: Coming back with content visited before

We show only the recent content, no other videos or tutorials to keep the focus. We still show the banner though, as this is still an important point to get to Pro

Scenario 2: Joining a workspace where others imported repos or created sandboxes

We show the empty recent state + ability to explore other items in the workspace

Scenario 3: Creating a new workspace, empty recent page

Just the empty state with the CTAs

Bonus: Videos and tutorials moved to the Get started page
