Belgium office is duplicated #418

when you are on the threefold team page and you want to filter by office you will find that there are 2 Belgium offices. 1 of them has the Belgian office team and the other is empty, when I tried to check it from CSHR Administration Settings there is only 1 Belgium office, So I don't know from where to remove the other one

Someone created an office called TFTech and the country Belgium so I couldn't find the duplicated Belgium but when I deleted the TFTech office from the backend it automatically deleted the 2nd Belgium
