Random vacations added automatically #425

After the Mauritius office added their public holidays, I found out that the system added random public holidays for Egypt and they are not even in the balance in the dash board. In the picture below 7/18/21 July are marked as public holiday Egypt office but they are not in the balance dash board.

I've tried this many times till now, and unfortunately couldn't reproduce it, will leave it for now and if you experience the same issue again comment on it and don't delete the database records to be able to try it on the production server.
