There is a problem when calculating vacations including Public holidays

When I tried to apply a vacation on public day of another office it showed that -2 days

When I changed it to be more than 1 day but the public holiday of another office is included, it showed 0 days

When I applied for a vacation that includes a public holiday of our office it showed 2 days ( the calculations didn't dismiss the public holiday)
