feat: Display the reporting to info in the user profile #439

Changes

Show the reporting to the info card if the requested user is Admin.
Show the reporting to the info card if the requested user is the same as the logged-in user.
Created new types for the 'Location' and 'Reporting to' on the 'User' interface.
