Minimal NTP Client - Template

Create a basic NTP client in Go that can query an NTP server and return the current time.

Requirements:

• Use only the Go standard library
• Query a default NTP server (e.g., pool.ntp.org)
• Parse the NTP response to extract the current time
• Print the retrieved time to stdout

Optional:

• Allow specifying a custom NTP server via command-line argument
