Create a basic NTP client in Go that can query an NTP server and return the current time.

Requirements:

• [x] Use only the Go standard library
• [x] Query a default NTP server (e.g., pool.ntp.org)
• [x] Parse the NTP response to extract the current time
• [x] Print the retrieved time to stdout

  Optional:

• [x] Allow specifying a custom NTP server via command-line argument
