psutil-go - Human-friendly lib for querying processes, memory info and cpu info

psutil-go is a lightweight, library in Go that provides essential system information similar to psutil in Python.

Requirements

1. CPU Information (`cpuinfo`)

[x] Number of Cores: Detect and return the total number of CPU cores.
[x] Vendor
[x] Mdoel name
[x] Cache Size
[x] CPU MHZ

2. Memory Information (`meminfo`)

[x] Total Memory
- [x] Retrieve the total physical memory available.
[x] Used Memory
- [x] Determine the amount of memory currently in use.
[x] Available Memory
- [x] Fetch the amount of memory available for use.

3. Process Information (`/proc` Filesystem)

[x] List Processes
- [x] Retrieve a list of all running processes by reading from the /proc filesystem.
- [x] Basic information: PID, process name.
[x] Process Details: everything that's relevant
