the idea is you have a git repo, the repo can have a .tfgrid file to contain the credentials and a zinit or Procfile files

the user can type in the repo the command tfgrid-host and wait for a bit, what will happen is:

tfgrid-host should infer the repo url (based on .git/config)
tfgrid-host should run a virtual machine with the flist of all dev image from #76
tfgrid-host should create a random subdomain for the user to host their solution on
tfgrid-host should allow deletion of the solution (to save money)
