When creating a new plan, requirement document or suite, and open it to add new requirement, plan content area or test case to it.
Main menu options shouldn't be changed in every situation like this.
It was very confusing to find option to add this new stuff and didn't felt like it's in the correct place, so it would be better if you add a button in every page mentioned above to add its thing.
