Allow server licenses to be used after 2024-02-15 #144

Server licenses cannot be purchased for dates after 2024-02-15. Because of that I want to allow installations with hosting type server and a Scrum Poker license that is valid until 2024-02-15 to use this license after 2024-02-15.

Server licenses do not expire. So they will be usable even after the date mentioned above.
