Once filming is done, update README with instructions on installing and running,

Hi. I just watched the course and thought it was great to get up and running. If I could make one comment / wish-list item, it would be to better understand deployment strategies as well. Gulp was a great build tool, however I was hoping to have more insight to deploy to Heroku or elastic Beanstalk, etc.
