Updated the GCloud deployment image

Use a newer version (maybe not the latest version any longer, but it should be easy to update now)
Remove the push to GCR test (should be handled by the GCloud dockercfg-generator)
Simplified the deployment tests (Spinning up a cluster and shutting it down again, instead of a Kubernetes deployment)

We have a similar example at https://github.com/codeship/codeship-kubernetes-demo though that only handles the Kubernetes deployment itself, not spinning up (or down) of a cluster.
