Feature/implement full build #11

@bfosberry This adds scripts and config to run all builds on Codeship. Some of them fail, imho we should push this onto master first and then make sure all builds are passing

With that people can run all of the examples on their local system as well.

@bfosberry ping :). Any blockers to merging this? We could also work on this branch to get it green before merging into master
