支持在压缩时通过源代码根目录下的类似.gobuild文件进行配置 #6

可配置内容包括：

  1. 压缩时包含哪些内容
  2. 压缩时的格式选择
  3. 是否禁止在线编译

目前只有个zip支持，不确定要不要做tar.gz格式的。

是否禁止在线编译（这个？？，为什么要禁止在线编译）

最好是默认用zip，然后在gobuild文件中可以定义压缩方法，类似http的压缩。压缩方法可以多支持几个。
