Suggestion: Identify the version of the templates

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get any template from the downloads or nightly builds or built in
2. Generate a code file with a template

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On a generated piece of code the comment block should identify the version
of the template used.

When using CodeSmith Explorer and opening a CST, the version of the
template is displayed. Perhaps a new field could be added the just shows
the version.

What version of the product are you using?
CodeSmith 5.2 / CSLA template nightly build 1339

Please provide any additional information below.
The goal is to make it easier for me to know 1) which version of the
template was used to create a class file and, 2) when generating the code,
a way to know the template's version.
