Missing scrollbars #353

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Right Click on a .cst file in VS2008/VS2010
2.Manage Options
3.Choose DBML
4.Open the IgnoreList property to edit in a window
5.Window opens, but it has no scrollbars!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A basic textarea with scrollbars, but instead:
No scrollbars!

What version of the product are you using?
PLINQO 4.0.1 / CodeSmith 5.2
