What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Generate CSLA

What is the expected output? 
IF NOT SILVERLIGHT

What do you see instead?
IF !SILVERLIGHT

What version of the product are you using?
CodeSmith: v5.2.1, CSLA Templates: v2.0.1.1666, CSLA Framework: v4.0.0.
Visual Studio 2010
