CSLA QuickStart not resolving correctly

I recently installed Telerik.RadControls and I noticed that CSLA code gen 
stopped working with the message that it couldn't resolve QuickStart.  
Uninstalling Telerik.RadControls fixes it.

Not sure if this an issue with CodeSmith or the CSLA templates but it seems to 
load form the assembly cache first before checking the filesystem.

About a million "CodeSmith template compiler: CS0246: The type or namespace 
name 'QuickStart' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an 
assembly reference?)" messages.

Looks to me it's loading it from the GAC incorrectly and then failing.  Easy 
fix maybe to change the QuickStart namespace?
