CSLA - DynamicRootList.Generated template needs to add Csla.Data to using clauses

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. From your database tables, generate DynamicRootList collections & build.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Build errors - "The type or namespace name 'SafeDataReader' could not be found 
(are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)"

What version of the product are you using?
CodeSmith 5.2.1/10970
CSLA templates r1707
