CSLA r1766 ReadonlyChild VB Compile Error Missing properties and factory methods

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upgraded from r1560 to r1766.
2. Compiled existing Entity.csp setting (see picture).
3. Code missing from code generation (See picture)

Sorry I couldn't work out why the code didn't generate, because the template 
changes looked between the versions, but all I could think about is the 
CodeSmith Schema helper has changed.

Also the criteria didn't generate properly.

Hello,

I could not reproduce this, I also took a look at the templates via a diff. If 
you can reproduce this by downloading the 2.0 templates and then generating and 
then generate against the latest on a fresh solution and if the diff turns out 
can you send me the table schema that this happens on.
