CSLA: VB NameValueList.Generated.cst containts hard coded variable types

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run template against database with PK Field1 as Nvarchar(3), Field2 as 
Nvarchar(100) 
2. Output SQL generated correctly.
3. NameValue list has hard coded "Inherits NameValueListBase(Of Integer, 
String)" in cst.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Output should follow datatypes in the database.

What version of the product are you using?
CodeSmith: v6.0.2, CSLA Templates: v3.1.0.2448, CSLA Framework: v3.8.4.
