r2497 generates incorrect Business Rules namespace for VB.net (Patch included). #627

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run any Template that uses Validation.cst and .net 3.5 option.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Incorrect namespace reference for CSLA business rules.

What version of the product are you using?
r2497

Please provide any additional information below.
Attached is a patch to fix the problem.

Fixed a bug in SwitchableObject.Generated.cst with namespace imports.
