visual studio 2019 Codesmith Generator extension download not working #713

I am unable to install the extension for CodeSmith Generator 80 for VS2019.

We don't have an eta and we are still blocked by microsoft for visual studio 2019. We need to reevaluate how we are integrating with VS because it's kind of crazy that we are still blocked on this.

@owenbrewer I'd recommend checking out the loresoft templates: https://github.com/loresoft for EF Core.
