Plz add support for RC6 MCE Remote and cec-client on MXQ #77

1.Openelec for MXQ only support NEC remote protocol, please add support for RC6 for MCE remote (like lirc in Raspberry Pi). Because IR receiver comes with board is TSOP34838 support all protocols.

Plz enable cec-client for remote from the command line
