zip archive modification date for extracted files is set to archive creation date regardless of preference setting #341

Mac OS X 10.4.11, theunarchiver v2.7.1

just created a .zip archive using the Finder's standard tool; extracting this 
archive using theunarchiver sets the mod date of all the top-level files to the 
creation date & time of the archive rather than leaving them set to the 
original values

extracting using OS X's BOMArchiveHelper leaves the date & time set correctly

same result regardless of Extraction Preferences setting ("Also set the 
modification date of single top-level items"); also tried deleting 
theunarchiver's prefs file, restarting, and setting this pref either way
