Is it possible to combine a custom dictionary with a builtin dictionary? #3402

I'd like to use en-GB_to_en-US together with my own small dictionary, but cannot seem to find a combination of -D and --builtin options which allows this - codespell does not complain if I specify -D together with --builtin, but only seems to use the custom dictionary. Is this possible at present?
