"blueish" correction in wrong dictionary #3509

Commit fbb964ffd5639f03e8a6435e64390bee09ef5569 added blueish to the usage dictionary. I'm not sure why it ended up there, doesn't seem to have anything to do with terminology RFC draft (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-knodel-terminology/)

Maybe it should be in dictionary_rare.txt ?
