Create Page: Blogs #2

Create a Page called Blogs, there should be a link from Home to Blogs

All the pages should have all the menus across the top and/or bottom

The blogs page should display title and a paragraph of text, also an image - and then link to the full blog

The blogs should be ordered by published date
