Job Description

[ ] 골격 잡기 - 1시간
반응형 페이지로 @media query
[ ] GET : 특정보드/태스크 카드번호/ 해당 데이터 render
데이터 (comments 나중에) description, users, labels, start_date, end_date
text type : description,
date type : start_date, end_date
toggle / button type : users, label
[ ] POST : 위 데이터 모두
[ ] PUT : 위 데이터 모두
[ ] DELETE : 태스크 카드 삭제
