현재 default branch : dev 인 상황에서 master 에 있는 issue template push, P/R 하면 될거 같은데 아래와 같은 에러가 발생 GitHub keeps saying “This branch is X commits ahead, Y commits behind”

git pull 먼저 하라고 함!!

문제 상황
