Not working with phone as hotspot #1

If I start the native Android hotspot on my 5X, all henkaku-android displays is 

http://0.0.0.0:8080

and it won't start the server. This would be great for when you might not even have any external WiFi around but still want to exploit the Vita. Not sure how you would get it programmatically but the IP for the phone in hotspot mode is 192.168.43.1.

I have a fix on fa6dab354a9348427d88ff622966a1e8224ca019. I am currently at work so i can't test it for the next 10 hours. If you want to test the new version and provide feedback then i can release it before that.
