each module_kit should have its own description file #110

At the moment, module_kits/__init__.py contains information about the
various module_kits.  Instead, there should be a number of .mkd files (or
somesuch) in this dir, each containing information about just that kit.  In
this way, it's easier to add and remove kits, and also later to add the
possibility for external module_kit dirs.

vtk_kit.mkd, numpy_kit.mkd
