Aide startup issues #950

Idea

Collecting feedback on all startup issues with Aide to start with

Assistant panel takes a long time upwards of 4+ restarts to show up
Even with self-run it takes far too long 30 seconds+ to show up
Blank assistant panel (which is super weird)
Network issues with the connection
Blank page because of a folder not being open in the editor
Edits do not show up as decorations
Decorations missing after edits
