Update D3 Scale API links to v3 version #147

Current links are no longer working, proposing to replace them with the older links until react-d3-components get upgraded to work with d3 v4 or very soon to be released v5 ;-)

Thank you! Would be great if somebody would send a PR to move to v5 :) While I would like to do it, I cannot find the time right now.
