I have gone through and upgraded all the dependencies and fixed any issues that have been raised (mainly linting). The only packages I have not upgraded are:
Discord.js (loads of tests break, needs looking into)
Axios (the cache adapter is no longer supported, needs looking into)
TypeScript (various changes, don't want to deal with in this)
This fixes any security vulnerabilities also which were on the project.
